3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, and access required for advertising campaigns to be created and managed. This may include advertising account access, business information, branding materials, or other resources required to deliver the services.
4. Payments, Advertising Budgets and Refund Policy
All service fees and advertising budgets are payable to HarbourAdvertising unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments made to HarbourAdvertising represent payment for professional services including campaign strategy, advertisement creation, campaign setup, campaign management, and advertisement publication.
Advertising budgets provided by clients may be used by HarbourAdvertising to fund advertisements on third-party platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Where advertising campaigns have been created, delivered, or published on any advertising platform, the associated service fees and campaign work shall be considered fully earned and strictly non-refundable.
Upon delivery of advertising services or publication of advertisements, no refunds shall be issued for any paid advertising services or campaign work already performed.
Refunds may only be considered where payment has been made but work has not yet commenced and no advertisements have been created or published. Any refund remains solely at the discretion of HarbourAdvertising.
HarbourAdvertising reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment period.
5. Advertising Performance & No Guarantee of Results
Digital advertising performance can be influenced by numerous factors outside the control of HarbourAdvertising including market demand, competition, platform algorithm changes, customer behaviour, advertising budgets, and external economic conditions.
While HarbourAdvertising will use reasonable skill, care, and professional expertise when managing advertising campaigns, no guarantee is made regarding specific results including but not limited to leads, enquiries, conversions, revenue, or return on advertising spend.
The client acknowledges and agrees that HarbourAdvertising cannot and does not guarantee advertising performance outcomes. Engaging our services constitutes acceptance that advertising results may vary.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarbourAdvertising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Website Use
Users of this website agree not to misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data connected to the website.
8. Third-Party Platforms
